Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you submit a project for evaluation, we store the project description and the generated evaluation report. We do not collect payment information. That is handled by Stripe.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the evaluation service: generating analysis, saving your evaluation history, and improving the service. We do not sell or share your data.
AI Processing & Third-Party Data Transmission
When you submit a project description for evaluation, the text you enter is transmitted to the DeepSeek V4 API for AI processing. DeepSeek processes your input solely for generating the evaluation and does not retain or use your data for model training. No other third parties receive your project descriptions.
International Data Transfers
DeepSeek API servers may be located outside your country of residence. By using this service, you consent to the transfer of your project descriptions to these servers for processing. Do not include sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data in your project descriptions.
Your Rights (GDPR / PIPL)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR including data portability. China residents have rights under PIPL including the right to request explanation of automated decision-making. Contact us at the email below to exercise any of these rights.
Data Retention
We retain your account data and evaluation history as long as your account is active. Anonymous evaluation data (IP-based rate limit counters) is retained for 24 hours.
